Huang Xinbo, deputy director of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, said at the commissioning ceremony of Betterial's Shaanxi Xianyang Manufacturing Base on July 21, "Following the Green and Chaining Shaanxi", that the photovoltaic industry in Shaanxi Province has developed rapidly in recent years. In 2021, the scale of the entire photovoltaic industry in Shaanxi will reach 96.2 billion yuan, the photovoltaic installed capacity will be 2.29GW, ranking eighth in the country, and the cumulative installed capacity will be 13.13GW, accounting for 4.3% of the country, ranking tenth in the country.

Huang Xinbo emphasized that the photovoltaic industry has become a new driving force for industrial transformation and upgrading and high-quality economic development in Shaanxi Province. In terms of top-level design, the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology took the lead in formulating and issuing multiple photovoltaic industry chain improvement plans, which further clarified the development goals, key tasks and safeguard measures of the photovoltaic industry chain.

Among them, Shaanxi Province plans that by the end of the 14th Five-Year Plan, the output value of the photovoltaic industry will reach 150 billion yuan, with an average annual growth rate of 12%. And focus on the next core technologies such as heterojunction cells, photovoltaic thin film cells, perovskite cells, BIPV, photovoltaic hydrogen production, etc. Active strategic deployment; encourage enterprises to optimize and upgrade polysilicon purification, monocrystalline silicon preparation process, and accelerate enterprises in photovoltaic inverters , The progress of research and development and industrialization of photovoltaic reserve industry. At the same time, it will lay out a number of technology and industrial innovation platforms, deepen the innovation and integrated development of the industrial chain, and improve the core level of the overall photovoltaic industry chain in Shaanxi Province.

In order to further enhance the development of the industry chain, Shaanxi Province has also increased its support for the photovoltaic industry. Huang Xinbo mentioned that the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology will provide a fund to support the development of the photovoltaic industry chain. On the one hand, upstream and downstream enterprises in the photovoltaic industry are encouraged to develop and innovate supporting technologies based on the needs of leading enterprises. For example, enterprises are encouraged to expand production capacity in the fields of polysilicon, photovoltaic glass, welding tape, diamond wire, plastic film, etc.; on the other hand, precise investment promotion, focusing on weak links in the industrial chain, attracts enterprises from outside the province to invest in Shaanxi, model, to create and improve the photovoltaic ecological environment in Shaanxi Province, thus promoting the high-quality development of the photovoltaic industry in Shaanxi. 

Betterial  helps "replenish the chain"

The total investment of the project is about 300 million yuan, covering an area of about 30 acres and a building area of 13,600 square meters. The project is divided into two phases of construction. It can achieve 8GW photovoltaic packaging film supporting production capacity.

In his speech, Chairman Ru Zhengwei pointed out that in addition to the commissioning of the Xianyang base, the second-phase projects of the Chuzhou base and the Vietnam base will also be put into operation one after another. After the Betterial Xianyang base is put into operation, it will be committed to serving component companies in Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia and other northwestern regions, providing them with efficient and safe supply services, doing a good job in replenishing and stabilizing the chain, strengthening collaboration and supporting, and reducing logistics costs. Serve customers with the highest efficiency and the highest quality products.
